The HET L-39 is a edf jet that offers high performance with stable flight characteristics. The L-39's construction consists of an epoxy resign fuselage with a foam core balsa scheeted wings. The fuselage is set up to take a 90mm edf unit like the HET 9305, HET 9305-700, or the Schubeler DS-51 fan unit. The L-39 can also be converted for turbine use. A suitable turbine would be the JetCat P-20 or the Lambert T25. The fuselage also comes pre-painted from the factory. The fuselage features a fiberglass air intake that is installed at the factory. The plane comes retract ready as there are mounts installed in the fuse and wing. The wing comes with flaps installed and hatches for the flap and aileron servos. The kit comes with retract hatches, exhuast ducting sheet, small parts/ hardware pack and an instruction manual on a cd rom.
